Day-of Wedding & Event Coordination Package

You’ve booked your vendors, designed your layout, and created your timeline — now it’s time to make sure every detail you’ve worked so hard on goes exactly to plan. This package is designed for clients who want peace of mind on their big day, knowing that experienced professionals are behind the scenes bringing everything together seamlessly.

Our Coordination Package Includes:

  • Three professional coordinators dedicated to your event

  • In-person planning meeting starting 6 weeks before your event

  • Minimum of 6 phone consultations (more as needed)

  • Vendor referrals if additional services are required

  • Complete day-of assistance to keep your program running smoothly

  • Guidance on ceremony flow, including processional & recessional order

  • Full coordination with your caterer, DJ, MC, photographer, and other key vendors

  • Styling and setup of ceremony and reception details: décor, centerpieces, welcome table, favors, menus, table numbers, escort cards, and more

  • Behind-the-scenes management of your ceremony schedule and setup

  • Final vendor confirmations and communication prior to the event

  • Collection of important items the week of your event (guest book, seating cards, cake set, toasting glasses, favors, candles, etc.) for rehearsal and day-of use
